| One complaint. Had the tires rotated on the KIA and according to the invoice the tires were rotated and filled to 35 PSI. A few days later the tire warning light came on indicating the tire pressure were low. Upon checking the PSI myself I found 3 of the tires at 32 PSI and the fourth at an alarming 20 PSI. I inflated the tires to the proper 35 PSI. I also found this discrepancy when I took the C-Max in for service and found one of the tires at 26 PSI. I have since properly inflated to 35 PSI on all 4 tires. |

| I have taken my car to A&C twice, first time was to replace the vents for ac/heat and control panel, all went well. The second time was to replace the rear lateral arms and cam bolt. I had to return the car due to some fishtailing of the rear, thought it was fixed but still fishtailed. Returned back with my car and they realized the cam bolt was defective is what was causing the problem. Replaced cam bolt and car is running great. I was happy they got it repaired just wish they would?ve realized it on the second time I went back versus the third time. They wanted the car repaired for me so it would be safe to drive and they were very friendly to me about getting it done right. I will take my car back for any repairs. |

| Unfortunately it took months to get the Volvo part, when we first were quoted yes $600. When it was finally fixed it was double and no one called or mentioned the price doubled. Between this and the 100x?s wrong estimate on a headlight I am not sure what to think. Your gals are nice, but ithe last 2 repairs I came away feeling wrong. Next work we need done we will be getting 2nd opinions. Doesn?t feel personal or caring when the quotes are wrong, the follow up isn?t there and prices double without explanation. |
